Dolphin Encounter Swim & Dunns River from Montego Bay

Has anyone done the Dolphin Encounter Swim & Dunns River Falls tour? We are sailing on RCL into Montego Bay. How long is the drive? Is there adequate time at the falls? And most importantly, does this dolphin swim compare with other dolphin swims (e.g. in Cozumel).

 

This tour looks like a good way to acomplish several things, but I am concerned that it might be rushed, and at the price, it will eat up a good chunk of our excursion budget for teh week, so I want to make sure it's worth it.:)

 

Also, if anyone has other Mo Bay suggestions (esp. non-ship tours), they would be greatly appreciated.
