VoyageVirgin Posted October 15, 2008 #2 Share Posted October 15, 2008 Is there a lounge on the Jewel for passengers in a suite? On the Jade (same class ship) the concierge lounge was the Star Bar on deck 13 - small walk through area before you get to the Cagney's section that breakfast and lunch are held for suite passengers. Bennett'sCruise Posted October 15, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 15, 2008 Is there a lounge on the Jewel for passengers in a suite? Not like you'd see on, say ... Royal Caribbean. The Concierge "holds court" in the Star Bar next to Cagney's. However, you will not find coffee, snacks, drinks, etc. as in a Concierge Lounge on RCI. fin Posted October 15, 2008 #4 Share Posted October 15, 2008 There is, however, a nice Latitudes lounge up by the library.
Kathylovescruises Posted October 15, 2008 #5 Share Posted October 15, 2008 There is a Concierge lounge (sans the concierge, usually) in the private pool area- you take a set of stairs up. there is a computer, some games, coffee, sometimes sandwiches, etc. Also magazines and a steading drumming of CNN. It has a beautiful view- we would occasionaly grap a cup o' Joe from here or some fancy cappucinno- always had milk for th ekids and juice. Our last RCI was a suite but on a crappy ship with no Concierge services... Thanks! Kathy

Kathy But, if you're in a penthouse suite lower than the owner's suite, you can't take advantage of that concierge lounge. So, the correct answer depends upon what level of suite the OP is booked in. Kathylovescruises Posted October 15, 2008 #9 Share Posted October 15, 2008 Have no idea as I've not been on those larger ships ... sorry. Thanks anyway- and I am turning into an accidental snob- because we travel with 3 kids under 10 we are always in a suite, on NCL it's the CV's- I don't mean to be presumtuous! And I can no longer spell! Thank you!!\ Happy cruises:o
