Fettuccini Alfredo Recipe

Just back from the Coral Princess .... we got addicted to having a small portion of the Fettuccini Alfredo as an appetizer each evening. We liked the Princess Alfredo Sauce - Not too heavy. I think there is a Princess Cookbook somewhere. Can someone share the recipe with me - you will make me very popular with my wife :)

I have the Princess cookbook called "Courses - A Culinary Journey" and it is not listed in this particular Princess book, at least that I can find. Sorry I couldn't help.

Did you know you can go to the Princess web site and ask for any recipe they have onboard. Go to the bottom of the page where it says contact us. Then when you get to the next page go to general inquiries. Just type in which recipe you would like including food or bar/wine recipes. They usually get back to you within 24 hours.

I have been doing that same addictive thing every Princess cruise, every Princess dinner night...and I'd say they do it very well.

I believe I've received a (long-gone!) copy of the recipe at a cooking demo on either Island or Coral -- maybe someone that has attended still has theirs?
