Hotel, parking and shuttle in Ft. Lauderdale.

We cruise 12/7 and live in Daytona Beach, FL. Not a bad ride down to Ft. Lauderdale, but we would like to spend the night of the 6th. Could you recommend a hotel that allows cruise parking and has a shuttle to and from the port for sure? Thank you guys!!!

I can't speak to the weekly parking part of your question but many FLL area hotels have shuttles to the port but not all of them are free and most of them are not really convenient. Taxis are quite cheap in FLL so a hotel near the 17th St. Port area to the port would only be $12-15 and could be taken on your schedule without waiting for the shuttle to fill up or waiting for the appointed time.

 

 

I recommend picking your hotel based on /quality/price/weekly parking and make free shuttle to port a lesser consideration in your decision.

Last year we stayed at Comfort Suites in Ft. Lauderdale. They have parking and a shuttle. We went to the airport but I think they also go to the cruise port.

Is this the one on S. Federal Highway? I did a google search and there were three different Comfort Inn/Suites locations that came up.

The one I found was on Commercial. Close to port
