SS Mariner Horizon Suites?

Greetings all. First time poster and very newbie cruiser. I have found a RSSC cruise that DW and I would like to take next fall. It would be on the Mariner from Hong Kong to Singapore. I'm intrigued by the Horizon suites at the aft of the ship. Would anyone comment on them, pro/con? Too much motion? Ship exhaust circulating? Great view? Any other suggestions or comments in general would be appreciated also, as we have only been on one prior cruise, on the Norwegian Jewel.

was on a horizen suite last year....absolutely no problems!!! In fact we are leaving in 5 weeks for the Seven Seas aft suite on the Mariner for 35 days...so go and enjoy!!!

I haven't been on Mariner's aft suites but I have enjoyed Voyagers. We felt that sitting on the large balcony, with a drink in the evening, looking rearward was wonderful. You should really enjoy it. Happy cruising!

We were upgraded to one. We absolutely loved everything about it, most particularly the huge balcony which provided the most marvelous views. In my book there were absolutey no downsides. The bedroom is very separate which is a nice plus as well. I'd want to book it again if at all possible.

Our first RSSC cruise was in an aft suite on Mariner, her first cruise to Alaska. That was the most perfect suite I could ever imagine having.
