Fitnessmaniac Posted October 18, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2008 What is the advantage of putting $100 per person down for a pre-cruise at the Loyalty desk? I know you will get the onboard credit..but..is that all? What's the point of giving them $200 and then they keep it only to give you $200 onboard credit at next cruise? I'm confused. thanks. :)
Sue L Posted October 18, 2008 #2 Share Posted October 18, 2008 the original deposit of 100$ becomes the deposit on the cruise you convert it to and then you get OBC in addition to that.
Langley Cruisers Posted October 18, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 18, 2008 For most, the OBC is the draw. It certainly is for us. It's like getting something for free, basically. Well, the amount of the OBC depends on the length of your cruise. But why are you confused? In other cases you put a deposit down and you get nothing... at least with NextCruise, you get something. So it's applied as part of the deposit? That makes sense to me now. :) We've done onboard pre-book before..but I forgot the advantange of it. Thanks for your reply. :)
