What's The Dif Between the DAWN and STAR?

We have sailed on the Star twice and are looking at a cruise next spring on the Dawn. Is there a big difference between the two ships, or are they exactly the same? I ask that because I read somewhere here on the board that they are "sister" ships. I really want to try a different ship. Also, does the Dawn have a "do it yourself" laundry? Thanks to anyone that can give info.:D

There are a couple minor differences. The ships setup is exactly the same but the decor is different. Also, there are no waterslides into the main pool on the Dawn. Unfortunately, thats all i can think of right now. The Dawn is a great ship, if you enjoyed the Star, you will feel right at home on her.

As posted true sister ships with minor differences. No Bier Garten but they have the mile high bar. As pointed out no water slides. Red Lion is Pearly Kings. Restaurants in the same location. You will feel right at home on the Dawn.
