Family Time in Camp Carnival

We will have our three year old and two one year olds on our cruise. No, I will not tell you when we are cruising so that you can cancel:p

My question is on the "family time" set aside so that younger kids can use Camp Carnival with their parents - has anyone gone to these? Are they usually very crowded?

We plan on going as it will be nice to allow the twins to jump on the softplay areas for a while, just wanted to prepare mentally and emotionally for the number of kids total that may be running and jumping.

I am guessing the Glory in December?

Seriously, Carnival has come a long way in developing Family Time and personally (even though it is a ship I have not sailed) I get the feeling that the Glory is "the family" ship of the Carnival fleet.

From what I have read on Sea Days, it looks like noon-2pm. And unless you are cruising over Christmas...I would think that it should not be real crowded since older brothers and sisters are still in school.

From what I have read Carnival also offers 10pm -3AM babysitting for any age for $6 an hour for the first child and $4 as hour for each additional child.

Also some ships have some times that they will babysit for the same charge while in port... for those under 2....so be sure to check out all the options once you board.

And I know that the little ones do not have to be potty trained for Carnival to babysit them.

Hope you and the little ones have a wonderful cruise!
