My Hubby and I leave on the Conquest Nov 2nd, we received an email from Carnival saying we will be leaving out of Galveston. The email said to arrive after 2:00 p.m. and to expect delays due to moving the ship from Houston to Galveston after debarkation for the preceding cruise. I checked for a hotel in Galveston but it looks like FEMA still has everything pretty well booked. At least the parking should be good....all the cars will be in Houston.
