Best Beaches in Cozumel

Everyone keeps asking info for the best beaches at .....

DH and I are heading out on the Ecstacy on 10/27 and will be stopping at Cozumel. I have always read the threads about the various beaches on Cruise Critic. I came upon this site that gives in detail the beaches on Cozumel as well as some snapshots of each beach and what to expect. Here's the website:

Be sure to let us know where you went and how you liked it when you get back! I am looking for a good spot where my daughter who will be 4 months pregnant can snorkel from shore (they don't let you on the excursions if you are pregnant).

just got back... my DH & I rented a jeep and drove around the whole island & stopped at several beches and such ended up at playa placendar or something like that it was free & very nice & great drinks not crowded at all:cool:

how much was the jeep? we are thinking of renting a jeep and need to know if we should book in advance or if they have rentals readily avail?thanks

I paid $70 total (with full insurance) last week for a jeep. My new favorite beach is Punta Sur. No rocks!
