Does Dickenson's Beach have public restrooms?

We are planning to go to Dickenson's beach in January. I know the beach is in front of several resorts, so, are there any public restrooms in the area? How about some place we can get some soda's? Any info on this beach would be appreciated. Thanks!

We were there this past April, and there was some public restrooms.

They're not in the best shape...atleast the ones we used. If I remember correctly, we grabbed some chairs, drinks and food at Tony's Watersports and Bar. We won't be going back to Dickenson on our next visit though as we weren't too impresed with the beach itself. Very narrow and a bit too crowded for us. To each their own. Our friends on the other hand loved it and plan to return.
