Hmc #8 Pink Cabana Questions

Has anyone had this cabana before? How's the location? Is it close to the restrooms & buffet area, but far enough away not to be like sardines on the beach?

 

Any info would be great! We're trying to decide on which cabana to pick for our upcoming destiny cruise.

 

Also, does the golf cart take you to your cabana or do you walk? Do you get priority tendering if you book a cabana?

We had the Pink Cabana last week. We were driven to the Cabana, we did not get priority tender although we should have. The restrooms are about 30 feet behind you on the hill. The Buffet was a simple 2 minute or less walk. It is the perfect location just far enough from the crowds but close enough to not be hiking places! It was very enjoyable

There are 15 cabanas in a row. Pink is number 8. Think of yourself as centrally located in the middle with central access to bathrooms, food pavilion.

The pink location is Ok. Close enough

We were at #9 last week. The next time we will get #10 or #11. There are no crowds there, 8 and 9 are still quite close to the restroom so there is quite a bit of foot traffic. The cabanas are not tremendously far apart, so it is not a huge walk to the buffet area.

ANY cabana is better than no cabana at all.

Do these actually get reserved quickly. I guess I am asking how popular they are.

From Pink, how far is the trek to the bar? Is it at the Pavillion?
