Fuel Surcharge ????

On my local news channel they just announced that RCCL is doing away with the fuel surcharge, with cruises booked after Nov. 10. Does that mean we are still going to have to pay the fuel surcharge if we have already been charged for our cruise, or are they going to take it off our bill? This may have already been addressed I may have missed it.It also said it will only be on certain ships. Thanking you in advance.
