Belize Cave Tubing AFTER the incident???

What death are you referring to? The only one I could find is from 2008. Carnival has certainly offered cave tubing after this. My guess is the excursion got pulled because either the ship was not in port long enough or they are renegotiating with the tour operator or may switch operators.
