First Cruise

First Princess Cruise: Ok, I got the decks figured out with the balconies, now I'm down to two ships: Crown Princess and Emerald.

DH and I, late 40's cruising in February.

Any comments to which of these ships I should choose?

I'd appreciate any help I can get - thanks!

Go for the 10 day cruise over the 7 day...the ships are virtually identical, and the extra 3 days makes a huge difference. Nothing like unpacking for 10 days....plus the ports tend to me more interesting

Go for the one that doesn't have 10 zillion kids on it during President's Week.

Phew, our anniversary is the week before that week.

Thanks for the tip though in case that week doesn't work for us, didn't think about people taking their kids on a cruise in February!
