Taxis in port area mid afternoon?

We're doing a ship excursion that returns to the ship at 4pm. Ship doesnt leave until 7pm. We want to go to west end for an hour to do some shopping from 4 to 5:30. Will there be taxis at the port at 4pm or are they all gone by then?
