NCL Pearl Cabin 8600 and Kids Crew

We are booked on the Pearl in January and was reading on the cabins. We are booked in Obstructed view 8600 and I see that it is also a handicap accessible cabin. Does that mean anything special? We are a family of four and we were allowed to book this room. Will we be able to put the beds together? Is is two upper berths for the kids?

Also, does anyone know if there are any French speaking crew in the Kids Crew. Our 2 children only speak french (they are 2 and 5) but it would be great if they could go at least one night if we can have a quiet dinner.

Another question we have is if there is a special if you order multiple botttles of wine. We were on RCI last year and could order from a list 10 bottles and pay a fixed price (I can't remember how much it was), but we ended up saving about 15%. We like to have a bottle for dinner so we were wondering if we have to decide up front?

Thanks
