No there are no PUBLIC buses at the pier that go to accra beach. You will have to walk or take a taxi to Bridgetown to get a bus that pases by Accra Beach. The bus terminal is on the eastern side of Bridgetown over the bridge. Just ask anyone for directions. Once there look for the bus going to Oistins. Tell the driver you want to get off at Accra Beach.
