Protocol question...

When sitting at Buddy's having lunch and some cerveza's, a couple of guitar players came by the table every so often to entertain us with a tune. Are we obligated to accept? Do we have to tip them? How much? I had no idea how to handle it. :confused: Please advise me for next time...

Anywhere, I give them two or three bucks. It's how they care for their families. Personally I find it a real treat.

If you enjoyed the tune(s), sure, why not give them a couple of bucks.

 

Think of the memories: "remember when we were in Buddy's in Porgresso and those guitar players played a tune just for us???"

If you see this guy, ask him to play "Somos Novios".....simply fantastic and he has a voice that's smooth as any I've ever heard.
