HAL Beach Express or taxi

I have been considering taking the HAL Beach Express excursion to Porto Mari. I was wondering if anyone has taken this excursion. Is it worth it or should I just get a taxi to the beach? There are two of us.

Hi- When you look at the map of Curacao, you'll see that Playa Porto Mari is quite a ways from Willemstad and the piers.

 

We took the HAL Beach Express this year to Blue Bay Resort. The excursion said we would go to Playa Porto Mari- so I guess they go to both at different times. We felt that the cost (about $40 pp) of the excursion was worthwhile as it included snorkeling gear and lessons for those who had not snorkeled.
