Kids program on NCL Star?

Hello all,

I am considering taking a cruise on the Star with my 12 year old son. The last time we cruised NCL we had a terrible kids program but that was a long time ago. I am wondering if anyone could tell me about the current program for a kid his age. Any help greatly appreciated.
