The Reef from Cooktown

Hi! We are docking in Cooktown, and are interested in going to the reef. We are most interested in a half day tour, so that we can still spend time in Cooktown. Any ideas? Thanks!

We went snorkeling in Cooktown on a small fishing boat (nothing fancy) that can carry 4 people. It was the best day! The water is crystal clear and the colors of the corals were magnificent. Many, many fish. We were the only ones from the cruise to snorkel the reef all 4 days. Wonderful!:D
