Multiple Credits?

I just talked to my TA and she said RCCL told her I could not get the onboard booking credit as well as the stockholder credit applied to the same room for my upcoming Vision Alaska cruise. I also received the Platinum credit on my invoice for the cruise itself.
Is the above true in regards to the double on board credit or does the person at RCCL have it wrong?
I told her to go ahead and send in the stockholder info as I am sure it goes to a different group and should be accepted.[img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/images/smilies/confused.gif[/img]

I think perhaps someone misunderstood....you should be able to get the stockholder "onboard" credit in combination with any other credits. The stockholder credit will appear on your seapass account.
