LQQKING for the Name of a Cruise Director

His name was Bob (Hi Bob! was his saying, and he had this devious laugh).

 

He was a ventriloquist. I think his puppet's name was POPS.

 

He looked like Roger C Carmel.

 

He was on the Jubilee in 1988, and was getting off the Fantasy in 1990.

 

Anybody remember him or his last name?
