Caymen Posted November 12, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2008 I just wanted to thank people for reminding us to check to see if your cruise price goes down. I did that and have saved $400 today. YEA! 101 more days to go.

bigal3967 Posted November 12, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 12, 2008 Just this week, I upgraded 3 categories to a hump cabin and still saved $100 each. Thinking of upgradeing to Junior suite gaurantee but it is still $170.00 more per person and who knows which cabin you'll get. Big Al

sunset seeker Posted November 13, 2008 #6 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Humps are cabins that are on some of the ships where the sides are rounded and stick out. They are more toward the stern of the ship, maybe about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way back. Check out the deck plan for AOS. We are in a hump on deck eight right in the middle. Perfect for seeing both fore and aft. Also great for sunbathing au naturel if you are so inclined. You can't be seen by neighboring cabins. They are also very close to elevators (convenience) for quick access to the upper decks (pool and windjammer). Hope this helps! Happy humping!!!!
