Olympus SP 570 vs 565UZ

Trying to understand the difference between the newer model the SP 565UZ (not too many reviews on this model yet) and the SP 570. Any thoughts?

Marginally smaller

 

LCD is 2.5" down from 2.7" (the price for small, I guess)

 

Comes with a Micro-SD to xD memory card adapter (Micro-SD up to 8GB, xD only goes to 2GB)

 

Otherwise, it shares the same sensor, lens, and most features.

 

If I owned a 570, there would be no reason to buy a 565. If I were to choose between the two, I would probably go with the 565 since it can use the more common Micro-SD memory and it seems to go for about $50 less.
