Cruising89143 Posted November 6, 2004 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2004 I wonder how long it will be before they look like this? This is the former Jubilee making her way last week through the Panama Canal on her way down under to become P&O's Pacific Sun. I know that P&O is having difficulties with their other ship Pacific Sky. She keeps breaking down. Makes one wonder how long before Carnival decides to make a move with one or both of the two remaining Holiday class ships. I do like the girl in her new colors but the funnel looks funny without the wings. MrPete Posted November 6, 2004 #3 Share Posted November 6, 2004 How sad and how exciting. I got a chance for one last glimpse of her by chance passing her in the summer, sailing into the sunset. kkorman Posted November 6, 2004 #4 Share Posted November 6, 2004 Well, in the crusiing industry today, you can't keep people happy on the Holiday-class vessels. I would not be surprised to see them moved in the next few years.
