Pear & Melon Martini recipe??

While on Serenade last week, I had a couple of these babies and they were great! I tried to recreate them last night, but I'm missing something.... Anyone have the list of ingredients?? Or if you are on board a ship right now, can get it for me?? Thanks!

I was aboard the Splendour of the Seas a few weeks ago and had many of the Pear Melon Martinis. They were great so I asked the bartender what was in them. He told me 2/3 part Pear Vodka and the rest of the 1/3 is made up of Midori, Sprite and Sweet and Sour in equal parts. Haven't tried to make them yet. If you try this recipe let me know how it comes out!
