Driving to the Constellation

We are going to be on the Constellation in early February, leaving from Ft. lauderdale. We are driving down from NC. What terminal does the Constellation leave from and what terminal parking garage do we park in. Thanks for the information.

Not sure what terminal, but we have always found the signage at Port Everglades to be very easy to follow. When you enter the port, there will be signs that show each ship and the respective terminal. When we drop off our luggage, we usually ask the porter which garage is closest and easiest to use.

Hope this helps

Your best bet may be Park n Fly which is just off of I-595; and they transport you to the ship in a shuttle. We always tip the driver $5.00, since we feel anything else is rather cheap, particularly since he, or she, handles all of your luggage. Additionally, you may leave your gun in your vehicle.

Hey Mathews. I have driven to FLL many times and it is an easy drive. We usually leave the day before the cruise and drive to the Daytona area, spend the night and go the rest of the way the next morning arriving at FLL around noon.

I disagree with jackdiamond...pay the extra and park right at the terminal. Covered parking and easy to get in and out. I normally take the Florida Turnpike to I-595. You can also take I-95 to I-595. Go east on I-595 past the airport and it will dump you out on Eller Drive which goes into the terminal where Celebrity normally docks. You can drop your bags off at the terminal then park or go diretly to the parking garage, take the shuttlw with bags back to the terminal. I've done it both ways.

Going home after the cruise we normally drive all the way home in one day. About 11 hours from Charlotte to FLL.
