How long does it take

Back in October I faxed RCCL my shareholders information with my reservations information to get my OBC. They credited my cruise in June but not my cruise in 4 weeks.

 

2 days ago I e-mailed shareholders benefiit department about this and have not had any response what so ever.

 

How long should I wait to contact them again? Should I re-fax the information? Does anyone have a phone number that I should call?

Mine took only about a week after the initial submit. I would check back with them.

 

Maybe they have had a ton of new requests due to low price?

Try 305 539-6000 or call crown and anchor directly.

I called C&A and they told me to call the 305-539-6000 number. I called and it was an answering machine telling to fax information, they are not taking phone calls:( This is why I e-mailed them.

I found that it only takes a day or so to be credited with the stockholders OBC. I usually call C&A 2 days after I faxed the info and ask.

I just got an e-mail from RCCL saying that the OBC was applied:D
