nomie Posted November 25, 2008 #26 Share Posted November 25, 2008 Don't worry,Shak will fix everything.:D I may have to go out of Boston myself. BTW,the hotel at the airport was cheap. About 130.00 2 yrs ago and was nice. Just a hassel to get to it. Had to take tram at airport to a spot where the hotel shuttel picked you up. Was hard with luggage and all. Then a taxi next day to pier.

tuffy88 Posted November 25, 2008 #28 Share Posted November 25, 2008 We are considering the Spirit --Boston to New Orleans repo next fall. Does someone know if a roll call has been started on that one yet? Thanks, Charles

Leafpeeper Posted November 25, 2008 #30 Share Posted November 25, 2008 We'd love to do any of the three. We sailed NCL Pearl, which is a twin to the Jewel. It is the newest of these ships. What we love on this ship is the Great Outdoors bar and buffet area on the top deck aft. It is a great spot to read or enjoy a late night cocktail before turning in. The atrium area is lovely too. Our favorite thing on Dawn is the Bimini Bar area overlooking the pool deck because it has a panoramic view when departing ports. Dawn also has a great movie theater with excellent movies shown several times a day. We have not sailed Spirit yet but have heard it is a lovely design with a unique Asian theme to it. Although we like to cruise on lots of different cruiselines because we prefer variety, we do love NCL cruises because we can dine in a different restaurant each night. The Asian restaurant is our favorite. LeBistro (French) is our second favorite becuase it has a quiet small intimate setting for a romantic dinner for 2. Best of all, specialty restaurants range from only $10pp to $25pp. Our favorites are only $10 and $15, so we take advantage of the variety for a resonable price.
