Double Points not adding up

I looked at my last 2 statements and I see the double points listed near the bottom, but when I add up the points I don't think that the rcl points are being doubled.

 

I email boc this evening. Has anyone else noticed this?

I never ran into that. Are you sure your RC charges are listed as RC charges? I have read where people go through a T/A and when the T/A puts the purchase through your charge, they list it as ABC Travel Corp( example) and not actually RC.

 

If that is not the case I would definitely question BofA.

I was off once by 7 points and once by 12. I called B of A and they said they would look into it and correct but never did. I didn't push it since it was a small amount but I check closely every month now.

I looked at the last statement previous total and then added the points (regular) plus the bonus points and I get the new total points.

 

By doing this, I noticed that the bonus points were not doubled. I guess I will have to wait and see what they say

I've never had a problem. The regular points are always equal to the total charges on the statement and the bonus points are a repeat of the RCI only charges. It's always added up correctly for me.
