SSL Posted November 25, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2008 I was very happily surprised to spot four original Cunard blue/red 'steamer rug' blankets onboard QE2 when I sailed on her this past June. They were numbered 2743, R299, D412, and, pictured, 2489. I was just wondering if any of them made it all the way to the last voyage, after having been on the ship all these years. To those of you on the ship to Dubai right now -- do you see any of these blankets? If so, post pics!!
cunarderqm2 Posted November 25, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 25, 2008 I imagine that those have probably been pilfered by now.

cunardqueen Posted November 26, 2008 #5 Share Posted November 26, 2008 And here are my two, both presented by a very kind gentleman onboard Numbered R906 and another blanket with the number 2 on it, l assume there are some numbers missing off the second blanket. And these came off the Round UK farewell voyage
