janred Posted November 7, 2004 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2004 Any other suggestions on how to reach Oscar. We have tried to call both numbers, have emailed, and have faxed today. This will be our first trip to Costa Rica and have read all of the outstanding reports about his tours. Any help you can give us would be appreciated. ChattTenn Posted November 7, 2004 #2 Share Posted November 7, 2004 Any other suggestions on how to reach Oscar. We have tried to call both numbers, have emailed, and have faxed today. Thanks Hi, You indicated that you called both numbers. Did you get through? Oscar was our guide, the e-mail and phone is on the business card he gave us when we were down there. e-mail: cbrown@costarricense.cr cell phone: 506-350-6415 (must use the landline phone to call, dial 011 (international) then 506-350-6415 and his home phone is 506-756-1881. If all possible, use the pre-paid phone card to call him because it is cheaper. His e-mail is still good because we just contacted him and got his reply also about up comming to Costa Rica in February 2005. From his messages on some other boards, it seems he got problem to reply to those who has e-mail through AOL.com. Good Luck and hope it works for you. It is nice to have somebody waiting for at the end of the pier to take you place and save time also. Trust me. Truyen
janred Posted November 8, 2004 Author #3 Share Posted November 8, 2004 Thanks for responding. Yes, we have tried both numbers. One only responds in Spanish and we have no idea what they are saying. The other rings and finally gives the signal that it is a fax. Hopefully we will hear from him soon since all we hear is he is wonderful!!!
