Cruise review/trip report sheet

Does anyone happen to have a sheet set up that they print and take with them on the cruise that helps them rate their cruise and write their trip report?

 

Food, cabin, excursions, etc.

 

If so, could you post it here. I'm leaving tomorrow nt. and I just thought of it and how helpful it would be to take along.

I've never seen anything like that here. I'm sure you will have stand-out experiences that you won't forget. Take lots of pictures to jog your memory.

I just do a 'log' on things that 'stand out' during our sailing, but other than that, I do reviews by memory! :)

 

I also write down 'names' of staff, as I tend to forget them in a day or two...:eek: It's actually embarrassing..;)

My memory is very bad so I always take my travel journal to write in everyday. I may make up a review sheet while I'm sitting on the lido drinking my DOD & relaxing. If I do I'll be sure to post it when I get back, in case anyone else wants to check it out. (I'm too organized sometimes, especially when it comes to my travel stuff.) :o
