JOHN 57 Posted December 1, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 1, 2008 Hello, my wife and I will be on the Conquest, the 7th of December, and one of the stops will be in the Cayman Islands. When we visit different, one of the things, that we like to try is the food. Can anyone suggest, some food, that is unique for the Cayman Islands. That is a must, and where to eat at. Think you, John:D

Think you, John:D If you want a Cayman treat you want turtle... The US rules about import of turtle meat are a major disagreement BIGGIE 'tween the US and Caymans...Caymans farm turtle and US prohibits import. But know that the Cayman turtle farm still raises much of their turtle for food sale (non US)....others are released to the sea. One of our favorite memories is a Thanksgiving dinner of turtle cordon-blue .... very yummy Check around...you can find turtle.....if no where else, head to Sunset House & My Bar
