Majesty's Nassau sightseeing tour

Has anyone done this through the cruiseship. We are traveling with my mother (77) and while we snorkel, I have her booked on this trip. Is there a lot of walking required or can she skip some of the walking while others climb the Queen's Stairs, etc? What kind of transportation do they use? She has had 2 hips replaced in the last year and moves a bit slowly and does not walk far before tiring. Is this trip going to work for her? We want to keep her on a cruise tour rather than finding one on her own since she will be doing this without us.
