Florida residents discounts?

So from what i have read you can not get the Fl resident discount until they offer it? But then I also read on a different site that books disney cruises that its always available so I am confused, any recent info on this? thanks a bunch.... :)

FL residents rates are not always available. They open then up when bookings are low, along with cast member discounts.

I booked a cruise for last year and all the 3 day & 4 day cruises around mine had the resident discount, but mine did not.

Recently there have been more resident discounts available due to the economy.

I agree with the prior post. Also Disney does not offer discounts very often except EBS. The cruise I'm on is $1000 more then when i booked in June.
