Canopy Tram or Tortugero Canal or both?

For those of you who have done either of these or both, is it worth $199 per person with Princess to book the Costa Rica Favorites w/lunch? I'm also concerned about such a long day 7 am- 5 pm after a full day at the canal. And if you could pick just one, which one...or is something else even better?

I've done and will do again the Tortugero Canal tours - so beautiful and pristine. I'd skip the aerial tram as it's above the canopy and actually saw a man asleep in one of the cars. The only animal we saw on the tram was at the snack bar while our guide pulled a sloth from the water in the canal.
