Has anyone here done an excursion through cozumel cruise excursions.com and if so were you happy with them?

I believe this is also known as "Island Marketing", in which case yes, I have. We used them in Coz and in Grand Cayman and they were great.

I booked the beach break Nachi Cocum through Island Marketing. They responded quickly to my request and all worked out well. I did have to get a taxi on my own, which they did list and include on their website.

 

Someone I met on the cruise also used them for an excursion in Grand Cayman.

We used Island Marketing for out excursions in Cozumel, Cayman's and Belize. Unfortunately the ship did not make it to Cayman's due to weather so we didn't get to do our snorkeling excursion with them but we use them for our cave-tubing excursion in Belize and also in Cozumel. I had no problem with this company and I would have no trouble recommending them for your excursions.

Thanks for the replys. Glad to hear you hear the good reviews. A group of us will be won the costimized Cozumel Island tour and since I recommended it I was hoping it would turn out well.

Tour Cozumel is a scam! I booked a private snorkel excursion thru them in January for a cruise in March. I had a printed confirmation. I arrived at the dive shop at the appointed time, and the dive crew had no idea who we were or why we were there. They said this had happened before with this company. They tried to call them, but of course got no answer. They emailed them for me, and when I got home, I emailed them. "Carrie" assured me that it was all a misunderstanding and that I was of course entitled to a full refund. Its been 6 months, and no refund. Just 6 months full of excuses and lies. These people are crooks
