Majesty Spa Question

When is the best time to book a spa appointment on the 4 night Majesty cruise? I know that port days are usually best, and you can often get port day specials, but all of our days are in port. I'd like to book it for our Key West day (last port). Do you usually have to wait to get any deals, or should I just go ahead and book it as soon as we get onboard? I'll also have a C&A coupon (I believe), so do I need that when I book, or do I just need to bring it that day? Thanks!
