Cruise Personaliser Warning

Just a word of warning... Check your details on your cruise personalisers carefully.

 

We just received our tickets for our cruise in January, and at some point Mum & Dad's address had been changed to be the same as ours, and so their tickets ended up being sent here (we're all on the same booking, but but with seperate contact details, as we had done in the past without a problem.

 

While this isn't a problem - they have to come to Brisbane to go on the cruise anyway - it's just a bit strange because they last time any of us can recall their address was correct, but last night when I looked after I realised the mistake on the ticket, I found that the address had been changed.

h that has happened to our booking about 6 times now and today i rang P&O and the guy did something and i was told it should be okay from now.I thought i was going mad every time we went back on the personliser the details were changed .
