Formal night(s) on the Inspiration? Also Car rental??

How do I know how many formal nights there are on a five-day Inspiration cruise? Also does anyone have any experience with car rental and drop off in Tampa? Is there any rental agency near-by the port? Trying to decide if we should get a car for the two days before or just do the taxi/shuttle(six of us). We will want to do something before the cruise and I'm trying to figure out the cost difference.

I just recently stayed pre-cruise at the Marriott Waterside. The shuttle/taxi from there to the port was $3 per person. After the cruise we rented a car from the Hertz desk at the Marriott waterside and returned it to the airport when we flew out of Tampa. I reserved the car prior to leaving on the cruise, they told us to call them once we got off the Inspiration and they would come pick us up. We decided to walk from the port to the hotel since it was a nice day and we didn't really have a lot of baggage.
