Liberty Transatlantic - question for others bumped

Has anyone bumped off this trip (or Liberty's Europe season for that matter) been able to get a refund of independently-booked air fare from Carnival? Our TA (bricks and mortar big local agency) has been getting quite the runaround from them, and I was curious about others' experiences.

We had our Baltic cruise on the Liberty cancelled and it took over a month or more to get our money. I did hound them and had to send in way more documentation than should have been necessary.

 

We were only asking for $150 the cost for re-depositing our frequent flier miles.

 

Also another gal on our sailing was refunded her full ticket fare.

 

Good luck and call Carnival yourself and ask them exactly what they want and follow up in a few days!
