Where is this "secret staircase" located and what advantage does it give?

It is too bad, but if it were told, then it would not be secret. Hence, while it is talked about it is never told where it is, so people know about it, but no one knows where it is, as all are keeping it a secret.

It is a crew stairwell, only used by passengers in an emergency . ;)

Isn't there a very out of the way staircase aft on Aloha deck? I think you can use it to go up to the Outerigger bar and Caribe Cafe.

That one actually brings you out to the aft pool, so yes, very close to the Outrigger. The other "secret" on is somewhere else, and on another deck.. :p
