Buying Liquor at Peurta Maya

We have always docked at the Peurta Maya pier this time we are docking at Punta Lagosta(?). We have always bought our liquor for a very reasonable price at Peurta Maya to bring home. The problem is when your in that little mall they will not let you carry your stuff out toward the town. You can only head toward the ships at that pier. Will we be able to buy reasonable liquor in town or will they let us get it there and take to our ship at the other pier if we show them our sail and sign card?

There is also a duty free liquor store at Punta Langosta. It is by the escalator right when you get to the end of the pier. Same deal, they hold the bottles for you until you get back on board. It is the same company as the one at Puerta Maya.
