Is luggage valet still available on Navigator?

We have an upcoming cruise in January and would like to try the luggage valet due to our late flight out of FLL on Jet Blue. For those recently off this ship, is this still an option?

Just off Freedom of the Seas on Dec. 14th. We were offered the Luggage Valet option early in the week, but by the end of the week they told everyone who signed up for it that they had to cancel it. I belive it had something to do with customs, but I'm not positive. If it was due to customs, I would think that it would apply to all RCCL ships, but it also may have something to do with the port you're coming in to. We came in to Miami. HTH.
