Anyone done the Sea Trek Excursion in St. Maarten?

We are going on the Carnival Miracle in March 09 and was wondering if anyone has done the Sea Trek shore excursion in St. Maarten through Carnival? If so, was it worth it and how long do you actually get to stay in the water (looks like you take turns & I didn't want to spend that kind of money for only 5 minutes underwater).
