costa concordia drinks

I'm travelling on the Costa Concordia in March on the eastern med cruise. Can anyone advise me please and explain what a capuchino card or boys and girls soda card consists of? Do you buy them on the ship? Also, being English, I like my cup of tea first thing in the morning. Would there be any problems with me taking my travel kettle and all the makings to brew my own tea in the cabin?
