We stayed at the Hyatt on FW 9/30-10/5/04. We got the room on priceline for $70 per night. It was a great hotel and the staff was very gracious and efficient. They let us check in at 1:00 pm. The king room was small, but very clean. I would stay there again. There is a Walgreen's and a Safeway within walking distance. Have a great time on your cruise.

We stayed at the Buena Vista Motor Inn on Lombard Street. It's not a high end highrise hotel but the rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful. It is within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and a cab ride to any other part of the city is around $10. The price was around $85 a night which is a great rate in San Francisco. Check out Trip Advisor for reviews.
